The Story

The gap between what AI can do and what businesses actually use it for.

I started Ernex in March 2026 because I kept seeing the same thing everywhere I looked. Businesses sitting on inefficiencies that AI could fix in a week, running websites that hadn't been touched in years, spending hours on tasks that could run themselves. The tools existed. The knowledge didn't.

Growing up as the son of Matthew Hoggard MBE — England cricket legend — I had a front row seat to what genuine elite performance looks like. Discipline before talent. Process before results. Showing up when it's hard, not just when it's easy. I took notes.

Ernex is registered at Companies House as a proper limited company. It has real clients, real deliverables and real results. For Custom web design projects, Ernex works alongside Thrive Online Group — a specialist development partner who handles the technical build while Ernex leads on strategy and design. It started in March 2026 and it isn't slowing down. This is the foundation of something much bigger, and we are just getting started.
