Using this website

You're welcome to browse and share this website. Please don't copy its content, design or Badger's footage for your own use without asking. We try to keep everything accurate, but the website is provided as it is and may change at any time.

Quotes

Prices on this website are starting points. Every job is quoted in writing, and a quote is valid for 30 days. Work starts once you've accepted the quote in writing and paid any deposit.

Paying

• Websites and automations: 50% before work starts, the rest on completion, before the work goes live or is handed over
• AI audits: in full before the audit starts
• Monthly support: paid monthly in advance; cancel any time with 30 days' notice
• Invoices are due within 14 days. We're not VAT registered, so no VAT is added

Revisions

Each website includes one to two rounds of revisions, as set out in your quote. Further changes, or changes to the agreed brief, are quoted separately.

What we need from you

A clear brief, your content and media, and access to the accounts and apps the work needs, on time. You confirm you have the right to use anything you give us. Delays on your side may move the timeline.

Who owns the work

Once you've paid in full, you own the website, content and automations we made for you. We keep the right to reuse our general tools, methods and know-how, and to show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Other services

Hosting, domains, Shopify, AI tools and other subscriptions are provided by their own companies under their own terms, and their costs are yours unless your quote says otherwise.

How we use AI

We build with AI tools, and a person checks everything before it's delivered. Savings in an AI audit are estimates to help you decide, not guarantees.

Cancelling

Either of us can end a project in writing. You pay for the work done up to that point; any deposit covers work already started.

Liability

We're not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any project is limited to what you've paid us for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit.
