Any size. The audit is designed to be useful whether you're a sole trader or a 50-person business. The recommendations are always scaled to what's realistic and impactful for your specific operation.
No. Every deliverable is written in plain English with no jargon or technical assumptions. If something needs a technical explanation, it's included in accessible terms alongside the recommendation.
That's completely fine. The audit report is yours to use however you like — whether that's building with Ernex, working with another provider or handling things in-house. There's no obligation to continue.
Once your audit is complete, if you choose to build any automation with Ernex, 25% is taken off the build fee. The discount applies to every automation you build, not just the first. It's valid for 12 months from the date of your audit delivery.
After booking, you'll receive a short questionnaire covering your business type, team size, current tools and software, main daily processes and where you feel the most time is lost. No preparation is needed beyond that.
